Do you have questions about our buggy tours? In this section, you will find answers to the most common questions from our customers. Whether it concerns reservations, terms, safety, or preparations for your tour, we are happy to assist you.
The buggy has a car- insurance and Valencia Buggy Tours – officially represented by the 2 companies Valencia Ventures & Events SL and Arroyo Dorado Ventures SL have tourist- guide insurances (policies nr…………..). The latter covers damages caused by the fault of Valencia Buggy Tours. However, damages caused by the client itself are for own account and are excluded from the coverage of the tour operator insurances – as stated in the signed off Terms and Conditions Contract between the parties.
No, both are not needed since speeds are not that high. (max 30-40km/hour) Kids smaller than 1.60m will get goggles.
What do I wear? The tour will for sure be dusty, we advise you to wear good washable clothes, (no whites), a hat or cap and sunglasses. Water, EHBO set, sunscreen always on board.
Anybody with 28 years or older, with a driving license and with sufficient skills to drive a 4*4 buggy in nature. We will check beforehand if your skills will be sufficient to drive. The car-insurance demands drivers 28 years and older.
We like to know the compound of the group (age, experience, total amount of persons, specific wishes, add-ons, lunch requests, any disabilities, total price etc.) before confirming the reservation 100%. Because our tours are more or less adaptable to your wishes, we listen to those in order to make this tour the best experience for you!
Unfortunately yes. And we will refund the down-payment of course. Sometimes it happens that the Parque Natural de Calderona is closed for a couple of days because of fire hazards. Then we cannot enter the Calderona.
We drive 2 new Can-Am Maverick Sport Max 1000R 4 seaters. with 95 HP, automatic. The buggies are equipped with imperials, extinguishers, closed roof, door panels and wind shields/wipers. They are allowed to go on normal roads as well.
Either we will drive you as tour operator in the Calderona, or you will drive yourself guided by us on motorcycle. We will guide you with the routing, stops and speed.
We kindly demand 50% down payment beforehand as soon as the reservation is final. You can do this by Credit Card or Paypal. Befere the start of the event we would like to receive the remainer in either cash/ credit card/ bank card/ Paypal.
